The 2010 Honey is Almost Ready

18-07-2010
Here is the latest buzz on the 2010 batch of honey. It has been a drier, hotter year and it looks like it's going to be a banner harvest year.  So the good news is there will be plenty of honey for all. Currently it looks like we may "rob" the bees in about two weeks (approx. Aug. 1st) and if everything goes well, we should have honey on the shelf around August 8th.

Also, we plan to chase the fall nector flow - which means the darker honey.  Hopefully this will be ready around October.
